Key Responsibilities:
As a Chef, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality dishes and maintaining kitchen standards:
8. Manage and run your designated section
9. Prepare and present dishes to high quality standards
10. Organise mise en place to ensure smooth service
11. Supervise and support junior team members
12. Maintain food safety, hygiene and cleanliness
13. Monitor stock, control portions and minimise waste
14. Work closely with the team to ensure consistency and efficiency
What we’re looking for:
To succeed in this Chef de Partie level role, you’ll need:
15. Consistency and attention to detail in presentation
16. Good time management and the ability to perform under pressure
17. Solid knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
18. Leadership skills to guide junior staff
19. Strong organisation and mise en place discipline
20. Reliability, professionalism and cost awareness
