Details
* Hours:
40 hours
per week;
* Monday- Friday.
* 7am-3.30pm, 8am - 4:30pm or 9:00am - 5:30pm
Office Administrator Duties
* Supporting internal teams with administrative tasks and documentation;
*
Organising meetings, agendas, and minute-taking;
* Liaising
with stores and suppliers via email and telephone;
*
Handling filing systems (physical and digital), reports, and databases;
* Any other
adhoc duties as required.

Requirements
* Degree-level education (essential)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
* A high level of organisation, discretion, and initiative;
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
* A positive, professional attitude and attention to detail;
* Willingness to learn and
progress further with the company;
* Reliable & committed;
* Flexible approach (ability to be
multi-skilled);
* A car/ driving license to get to
the office;
