Base pay range
We are looking for a Domiciliary Carer to join our team in Worcester and surrounding areas
This is a Part time permanent position with a salary of £13 to £26 per hour.
This role is pivotal to New Age Care’s success, and we are committed to providing a competitive package that reflects the candidate’s skills and responsibilities.

Responsibilities
* Provide care and support to Clients in their homes, assisting them with daily living activities.
* Assist Clients with personal care, such as washing, dressing, and toileting.
* Help Clients to take their medication.
* Support Clients with mobility and access to activities.
* Provide companionship and emotional support to Clients.
* Ensure Clients safety and respect their rights and choices.
* Maintain accurate records and write reports.
* Attend meetings and training sessions as required.
Requirements
* No experience required, just a caring and empathetic attitude.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
* A valid UK driving license and access to a Vehicle
