The Role -Assist in the preparation and presentation of desserts, pastries, breads, and afternoon tea items. -Support the Pastry Chef and wider kitchen brigade in daily operations. -Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation. -Ensure compliance with food hygiene and health & safety regulations. -Help with stock rotation, storage, and organisation within the pastry section. -Learn and develop new pastry techniques within a professional environment. About You -Previous kitchen experience is beneficial but not essential. -A genuine passion for pastry and baking. -Eagerness to learn and develop professionally. -Strong attention to detail and pride in your work. -Ability to work effectively as part of a team. -Positive attitude and excellent work ethic.
