Overview
We’re looking for a proactive Logistics Support professional to work closely with the Logistics & Operations Controller within a leading organisation in the medical equipment and healthcare supply sector.
This role plays a vital part in supporting the day-to-day running of logistics, warehousing, and operational activities — ensuring products reach customers accurately, efficiently, and on time.

Key Responsibilities
* Support the Logistics & Operations Controller with daily logistics and warehousing operations.
* Assist with order processing, stock management, and dispatch coordination.
* Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock audits.
* Liaise with suppliers, couriers, and internal teams to track deliveries and resolve issues.
* Help prepare reports and documentation for logistics performance and KPI tracking.
* Ensure all operations meet health & safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the logistics function.
Skills & Competencies
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
* Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
* Experience with inventory or warehouse management systems (advantageous).
* Team player with a hands-on, proactive approach.
Experience & Qualifications
* Previous experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain support.
* Understanding of stock control and distribution processes.
* Experience within the healthcare or medical supplies industry (advantageous).
