Corporate Tax Compliance - Assistant Manager (Nottingham)

You''ll be part of a dynamic team working across a wide range of clients and sectors, delivering high-quality compliance while also getting exposure to exciting advisory opportunities.
What we''re looking for
* At least 3 years' experience in corporate tax compliance (Assistant Manager level) or 4+ years for Manager grade.
* ATT/CTA and/or ACA qualified (preferred).
* Strong knowledge of corporate tax compliance and tax accounting, covering areas such as:
o Corporate & deferred tax workings/disclosures (including consolidations)
o Loss relief planning & group relief
o Corporate interest restriction calculations
o Controlled foreign company returns
o Exceptional items (deal fees, right of use assets, assets under construction)
o Accruals/provisions (including pensions)
* Experience dealing directly with clients and intermediaries.
* Proactive mindset with strong project management and communication skills.
* Ability to support and develop junior staff.
* Alphatax experience would be a plus.
