Overview
Marketing Executive role at Cambridge Education Group. The Marketing Executive will be supporting the delivery of campaign plans, marketing material, events and activities that support strategic objectives and recruitment targets for a range of OnCampus centres. The Marketing Executive will work closely with the wider marketing team, internal stakeholders and key strategic university partners.

What you will be doing
* Creating mailshots and campaign emails (writing/editing content, sourcing images, creating, building and distributing emails through a dedicated e-marketing management system as required) and tracking customer journey to inform future campaigns and decision making.
* Updating the websites using the CMS (Experience of Drupal or Wordpress a benefit).
* Designing social media cards and ads (copy writing, image sourcing, designing to agreed template).
* Work with centre-based staff to create and update material such as student handbooks and pre-arrival information ensuring consistency of brand and content across all centres.
* Updating and designing printed collateral such as flyers, leaflets, banners and merchandise, liaising with the stock control warehouse. Manage stock of marketing collateral, arrange shipping of marketing material, edit ppt slides, create forms to support regional teams and agent/partner network, and co-ordinate delivery of new materials from printer to distribution.
* Organise, collect and communicate student and staff profiles and testimonials from centres.
* Arrange and host webinars (usually on Teams); liaise with academic speakers and other stakeholders involved.
* Maintain brand guidelines and templates; monitor correct brand usage and provide support to internal and external stakeholders.
* Liaise with international offices at partner universities and student ambassadors to maximise awareness of USPs and the experience of studying with OnCampus and partner universities.
* Assist with events and travel organisation, including booking travel, accommodation, venues and other services; manage supplier relationships.
* Attend events and activities (face-to-face or online) and act as first point of contact for groups on site.
Key qualifications
* Educated to degree level or beyond, ideally with a graphic design and/or marketing-related qualification, or equivalent work experience.
* A minimum of two years’ experience in a similar marketing services role, ideally within the Education sector.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate with many stakeholders.
* Creative, proactive, with drive and ambition to develop a career in marketing. Able to work on own initiative; strong verbal and written communication. Comfortable contributing ideas when appropriate.
