3. Providing high-level administrative support to executives.
4. Coordinating and managing schedules, appointments, and international travel.
5. Assisting with the organisation of high profile conferences and events, both nationally and internationally.
6. Preparing and editing correspondences, reports, and presentations.
7. Organising and maintaining files and records for easy accessibility.
8. Ensuring efficient and effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders.
9. Handling confidential information with discretion.
10. Participating in team meetings, taking minutes when necessary.
11. Providing general support to other EAs in the organisation.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Junior EA should have:
12. A solid background in administrative roles, preferably within the Not For Profit industry.
13. Experience in conference and events planning.
14. Excellent organisational and time management skills.
15. Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
16. Proficiency in MS Office applications.
