Pay Rate: £13.75 - £14.50 per day (depending on experience)

Job Description:
* Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with Autism and additional needs.
* Implement tailored strategies to promote communication, social skills, and emotional regulation.
* Work closely with teachers, SENCO, and external professionals to ensure inclusive learning.
* Support pupils in both classroom and non-classroom settings, adapting resources as needed.
* Maintain accurate records and follow safeguarding procedures.

The Ideal Candidate:
* Experience supporting children with Autism and challenging behaviour.
* Strong understanding of SEN strategies and communication methods (e.g., PECS, visual timetables).
* Patient, resilient, and able to build positive relationships with pupils and families.
* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
