Market-leading technology and manufacturing company is seeking industrial NDT Inspectors / Radiographers to join their team in South Oxfordshire. This role offers a great opportunity to work in a company that makes a significant impact in their field.
As an NDT Inspector / Radiographer, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and safety of components used in life-saving systems. Your responsibilities will include performing critical Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) using X-Ray and other methods to uphold high safety and performance standards.
Initially, the role is a Monday to Friday dayshift, but due to production needs, it will transition to a 4 on 4 off dayshift pattern (7am – 4.30pm), and applicants must be willing to work this schedule.

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct digital X-ray imaging and other tests
* Ensure accurate part marking and documentation of test results
* Follow H&S procedures, including risk assessments and safe systems of work
* Support training, skill development, and process documentation
* Promote continuous improvement via 5S and lean methodologies
* Collaborate with Production, QA, Engineering, and other departments to resolve technical issues
What We're Looking For
* Experience in an NDT environment, preferably with X-Ray and leak testing
* Qualifications to NAS410, EN 4179, or PCN Level 2 are preferred
* Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documents
* Strong PC skills and keen attention to detail
* Analytical mindset with good communication and teamwork skills
* Must be able to drive due to location
