\n\nAs the Reception & Office Services Manager, you will be the heartbeat of the office, working closely with senior management to create a welcoming and efficient workspace. You will be responsible for:\n\nMeet and greet all office visitors, providing a warm welcome.\nManage meeting rooms, appointments, and diaries, ensuring seamless logistics for meetings.\nOversee the daily operations of the office, maintaining a safe and secure environment.\nHandle all correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.\nManage office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything runs smoothly.\norganise both physical and digital files for easy accessibility.\nMaintain budget and expenses for office operations.\nAct as the primary contact for facility-related issues and oversee third-party services.\nAssist in event planning and execution.\nProvide ad-hoc support to various operational teams.\norganise food supplies and catering for office events.\nManage the COO's calendar and daily logistics.\nUphold emergency procedures and ensure compliance with safety standards. \n\nRequirements:\n\nPrevious experience within a Reception role, ideally within a professional or corporate setting.
Catering, Hospitality and Facilities experience will also be considered.\nA friendly yet assertive demeanour, with a strong commitment to maintaining high standards.\nExcellent communication skills, both written and spoken.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new software.\nExceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. \n\nJoin our client and become part of a family where your contributions matter!
