Are you an adaptable and forward-thinking professional looking for a dynamic hybrid role? We are seeking a highly motivated PA & Recruitment Support to provide high-level support to a Senior Partner. This is not a classic PA role but very much a coordination role supporting with the administration of key recruitment projects as well as diary and inbox management.
As proactive support to senior management, the role focuses on delivering operational excellence, diary management, project coordination, and client engagement. The successful candidate will thrive in managing shifting priorities, applying tact and discretion, and ensuring a seamless experience for stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage complex diaries across multiple time zones, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements both in-office and remote.
* Lead project administration, follow up on action items, and ensure documentation is completed to the highest standard.
* Managing processes
* Act as liaison between executive leaders, internal teams, and external contacts, facilitating effective communication via digital platforms.
* Organise and support business meetings, events, and communications
* Handle confidential information with absolute discretion, prioritise urgent matters, and provide timely reporting and updates.
* Maintain and update contact logs, records, and use cloud systems (e.g. SharePoint, Teams) to manage workflow.
* Adapt scheduling and meeting coordination for hybrid environments, ensuring seamless support regardless of location.
* Foster a positive work-life balance and maintain accessibility for stakeholders across digital channels.
* Skills and Experience:
* Previous experience in executive support or Recruitment/project coordinator roles
* Experience of managing diaries and inboxes
* Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office and collaboration software (e.g. Teams, SharePoint, Zoom).
* Ideally a degree level qualification or equivalent
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills with a track record of independent judgment and initiative.
* Proven ability to organise complex information, multitask on live projects, and maintain high standards under pressure.
