A busy and well-organised automotive workshop in Loughborough is looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join its growing team.
This is a Monday–Friday role with no weekend work, working on a consistent mix of vans and cars in a professional, well-equipped environment.

The Role
You'll be working on a mixed fleet of light commercial vehicles and cars, handling everything from servicing to more involved mechanical repairs.
Expect a balanced workload across diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance—not just repetitive servicing.
What You'll Be Doing
* Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs on LCVs and cars
* Mechanical and electrical work, including vehicle electrics
* Gearbox repairs and engine replacements when required
* Reading and working from wiring diagrams
* Installing aftermarket equipment (e.g. towbars, lighting)
* Servicing and vehicle inspections
* Recording work and identifying additional issues
What We're Looking For
* Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (essential)
* Solid experience with vans and cars (LCVs essential)
* Confident with diagnostics and fault finding
* Comfortable with electrical work
* Reliable, efficient, and takes pride in their work
