Job Overview: We are looking for a creative, detail-driven Mid-weight Interior Designer and Specifier to join our dynamic team. This ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in commercial and hospitality interiors and excellent skills in material specification, spatial planning, and project coordination. This opportunity will suit a Design professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about creating purposeful and visually compelling spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the sales and design teams to develop cohesive interior schemes
* Design and present interior concepts for hospitality and commercial projects
* Produce detailed design drawings, mood boards, and 3D visualisations
* Select and specify appropriate materials, finishes, furnishings, and fittings
* Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and clients to ensure the design vision is delivered accurately
* Monitor project timelines, budgets, and ensure adherence to client specifications
Experience Required:
* Bachelor’s degree in interior design or a related field
* 3–5 years of relevant experience in commercial interior design
* Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
* Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, furnishings, and industry standards
* Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills
* Full UK driving license
* Confident presentation skills
* Familiarity with sustainable design practices and sourcing would be desirable
* Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
* Highly self-motivated and proactive in managing workload
