Lead, motivate, and develop a team of inbound sales representatives
Monitor daily performance metrics and drive continuous improvement
Support team members with complex enquiries and strategic opportunities
Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance reviews
Collaborate with senior management to align sales strategy with business goals
Ensure CRM accuracy and contribute to forecasting and reporting
