TPF Recruitment is recruiting for an Accounts Assistant / Semi Senior to join a highly reputable firm of chartered certified accountants based in Herne Bay. Our client is looking for an experienced accountancy practice Accounts Assistant / Semi-Senior accountant to join their dynamic team and to assist in their ever-growing workload. The successful candidate will be required to complete end to end accounting tasks for a range of sole traders, ltd companies and partnerships across accounts, tax, bookkeeping and VAT.
The Accounts Assistant / Semi Senior will be dealing with a wide range of work, including:
* Assist Management in the preparation of accounts (sole trader, partnership and limited company accounts)
* Assist in the preparation of corporate and income tax computations
* Undertake ad hoc work as requested by management
* Liaise with clients as necessary
Requirements
* You will be studying AAT or AAT qualified or qualified by experience with some experience within practice.
* Experience of Iris, Sage or Xero would be advantageous but isn't a prerequisite.
* You may have experience of preparing accounts and tax returns in an accountancy practice environment.
* Full time or part time candidates will be considered.
Benefits
£25,000 - £32,000 dependent on experience and background, negotiable.
