This role covers three hospitals across the region – Manchester, Preston, Sheffield, and requires regular travel between sites. The job holder will be expected to provide strategic leadership to the hospital teams to ensure the hospital has an effective and achievable business plan that will achieve and deliver our EBITDA targets. Provide leadership and day to day running of all Hospitals in the region to ensure the safe, effective, and efficient management of our patient pathways and will be the Registered manager for the sites. The post holder will provide excellent care to all patients, with specific responsibility for ensuring adherence with departmental policies, practice standards, regulation and governance to provide high quality, cost effective care that puts the patient first at all times. What You’ll Need - Proven leadership experience within a healthcare setting, ideally at senior or deputy level. - Strong understanding of operational, clinical, and regulatory requirements within hospitals. - Financial and commercial awareness, with experience of budgetary oversight. - Experience of KPI management and performance improvement. - CQC Registered Manager status desirable (or willingness to work towards).
