If you know print properly, you'll recognise this isn't a basic setup — and we're not looking for basic operators.
We're looking for an experienced large-format print operator to take ownership of our print room.
This is a hands-on role working with SwissQprint UV flatbeds and Kongsberg cutting systems, producing high-quality, design-led work across a wide range of materials.
This is not an entry-level position — we need someone who understands print properly and can run production without supervision.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate UV flatbed printers (SwissQprint or similar)
* Run digital cutting systems (Kongsberg / Zünd)
* Manage jobs from file through to finished product
* Maintain quality, colour accuracy, and workflow efficiency
* Keep machines running properly and troubleshoot issues
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in large-format digital print
* Strong understanding of materials, RIP software, and colour management
* Reliable, detail-focused, and able to work under pressure
* Someone who takes pride in output — not just getting jobs out
Bonus (Not Essential)
* Experience with 2.5D / textured or specialist print finishes
* Knowledge of a wide range of substrates and applications
* Previous responsibility for a print room or team
* Experience operating Trotec laser systems
