Job Title: Study Programme Learning Coach Location: Crewe Salary: £30,720 Job Purpose Our client is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Learning Coach to support learners aged 16–24 with additional needs, including SEN, SEMH, and those with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs). The role focuses on creating an inclusive, supportive learning environment that helps learners achieve personal, academic, and employment-related goals. You will build strong relationships with learners, parents/carers, local authorities, and employers to ensure each learner receives a high-quality, well-structured programme of learning and support. Key Responsibilities Learner Support & Classroom Practice * Provide tailored academic, emotional, and social support to learners with additional needs. * Deliver one-to-one and group support, implementing EHCP strategies and monitoring progress. * Promote learners’ wellbeing, confidence, and engagement through positive relationships. * Support classroom management and use differentiated approaches to meet diverse learning needs. * Monitor progress, behaviour, and wellbeing, maintaining accurate records and feedback.
