6 Month Fixed Term Contract
Our Solus Finance Office based in Milton Keynes has a fantastic opportunity available for a Sales & Purchase Ledger Assistant to join their team on a fixed term basis. You will be ensuring that supplier invoices are paid within term and that sales invoices are raised accurately. Key elements of the role include:
Responsibilities
Entering supplier invoices into Solus's accounting system
Organising weekly payment runs
Raising sales invoices
Dealing with queries from suppliers, customers and colleagues
Carrying out checks and controls as necessary to ensure the smooth-running of the system
Contributing ideas to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the department
This is a hybrid role. We work Monday-Thursday in the office and Friday from home.
