DATA ANALYST - HYBRID VANRATH are delighted to be recruiting for an exciting opportunity with one of our large Public Sector Clients. You will be responsible for managing the development, production and delivery of comlex statistical and qualitative and/or quantitative reports. This role is approx for a 12 month period (possible extension after this), and should be seen as an excellent chance to get your foot in the door for a permanent role or other contracts. It also offers Hybrid working (after initial training it will be 2-3 days at home). This would be an ideal opportunity for someone with 1 years of data analyst experience (ideally with some form of financial reporting). Produce detailed and timely Trust level corporate activity reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis among for distribution to Executive Directors, Area Managers and other senior staff within the organisation. Produce reports and analysis to investigate activity trends within the Trust as required and that relevant data cleaning has taken place to ensure the accuracy of the information provided. Undertake analysis of data and produce reports to complete returns to the Department of Health, Health and Social Care Board, other Health and Social Care agencies or stakeholders as required. Communicate complex findings in a coherent way to staff and relevant stakeholders at all levels ensuring that key findings are communicated in a relevant and comprehensive manner. Deal with staff at all levels, and facilitate a clear definition of information requirements for complex and statistically technically challenging requests or projects, ensuring that issues are communicated in a clear way to non-specialists. Deliver presentations to senior staff without specialist domain knowledge To have in-depth knowledge and experience in statistical methodologies. Contribute to statistical analytical services. This will involve the planning, development and analysis of collaborative work with other analysts and other staff on projects. Be responsible for implementing Departmental policies within own work area, propose changes to working practices as a result of new guidance or legislation; propose changes to and redesign statistical information and local managerial procedures and concepts which have an impact on other areas. Salary: £38,682 Enhanced Holiday Pay Pension Discount Benefits. Essential Criteria: UK recognised University Degree either in Data, mathematics or economics AND 2 years previous experience as a Data Analyst OR 3 years experience of working in Information Management or Information Systems and experience in analysis using analytical tools (examples: Microsoft Office, products, SQL, Tableau, Qlik, PowerBI etc.) For further information on this vacancy, please apply via the link below or contact Suzanne Lowry - in the strictest confidence.
