We are looking for a suitably-qualified and enthusiastic Pastoral Support Officer to work with the school’s Heads of House in providing administrative support. A desire to work with young people in supporting their welfare and well-being is essential.
Redhill Academy Trust Pay Scale, Band 7. Scale Points 32 - 36. Actual salary: £22,094 - £23,923 per annum (FTE: £26,141 - 28,305). 37 hours per week - Term Time Only, Permanent. Required To Start As Soon As Possible.

 * Provide administrative support to the Heads of House.
 * Support the welfare and well-being of pupil(s) as part of a pastoral role.
 * Demonstrate positive values, attitudes and behaviour as a model for students.
