Your New Role as Head of Finance:
Reporting to Directors and leading a small accounts team, as Head of Finance duties will include:
•Production of management accounts including commentary and analysis
•Cash flow forecasting
•Preparation of budgets
•Maintenance of the fixed asset register
•Variance analysis
•VAT returns
•Liaison with external stakeholders including HMRC and Auditors
•Preparing year end accounts
•Ongoing review of existing systems and processes, implementing improvements as necessary
•Ensuring regulatory compliance
Experience & Qualifications Required to Apply:
The successful candidate will be technically strong, proven in a similar number 1 finance role with staff management experience. A background in the legal sector with knowledge of SAR is desirable but not essential. You will be a collaborative worker with enthusiasm for the role and the drive to add value to the finance team and wider business.
