What will you be doing?
As a Site Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing day-to-day operations for a team of field and site-based engineers. You will act as a leadership figure, ensuring service delivery standards are met while supporting the development and performance of your team. This role combines operational management, stakeholder engagement, and continuous service improvement.
Responsibilities
* Supervise and support field and site-based engineering teams
* Act as the first point of escalation for operational issues
* Monitor and manage service performance against agreed SLAs and KPIs
* Produce and analyse operational and performance reports
* Support workforce planning and resource management
* Drive continuous improvement across service delivery processes
* Provide coaching, training, and development support to team members
* Manage absence, performance reviews, and team wellbeing initiatives
* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards
* Collaborate with internal management teams and external stakeholders
* Support disciplinary processes when required
* Verify overtime and expenses in line with company guidelines
* Conduct regular visits to operational sites when necessary

* Relevant technical qualifications or equivalent experience (CompTIA A+ or similar desirable)
* Willingness to obtain security clearance
Details
Salary: £32,000 – £35,000 + comprehensive benefits package
