Overview

This role is responsible for overnight replenishment, safety, and ensuring seamless daily operations.
What you’ll be doing
* Lead and manage a small team of managers overnight, delivering all replenishment activities ready for customers the following morning.
* Plan for upcoming key trading activities and events with the store leadership team.
* People management including pay, scheduling, training, communication, and employee relations such as performance management, absence, and disciplinary processes.
* Regularly take full accountability for the store overnight, coaching for high standards and efficiency.
* Ensure the health and safety of all colleagues on shift.
Night shift details: full-time hours over 4 nights with a £4,500 premium on top of base salary. Typical shift pattern 22:00 – 08:00.
