Now we are looking for a Contracts Manager to support our onward growth.

WHAT YOULL BE DOING


Youll take ownership of commercial interior fit-out projects from handover through to completion, leading teams, managing clients, coordinating supply chains and ensuring projects are delivered safely, profitably and to the highest standards.


Youll be trusted to make decisions, solve challenges, build relationships and represent the Ultimate brand professionally at all times.


WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR


* Experience managing construction or fit-out projects.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Commercial awareness.
* Ability to lead teams and build trust.
* A proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
* Ambition to grow and develop.


BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE


* Commercial fit-out experience.
* NEC or JCT knowledge.
* Construction-related qualifications.
* Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
