Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Gymnastics Coach to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports coaching and a desire to educate young athletes in the art of gymnastics. This role involves working closely with gymnasts of various skill levels, fostering their development, and ensuring a safe and encouraging environment for all participants.
Duties
* Develop and implement training programmes tailored to the needs of individual gymnasts and teams.
* Educate athletes on proper techniques, safety measures, and the fundamentals of gymnastics.
* Conduct regular training sessions, ensuring that all activities are engaging and effective.
* Monitor the progress of each gymnast, providing constructive feedback to help them improve their skills.
* Organise and supervise gymnastics competitions and events, ensuring that all participants are prepared and supported.
* Maintain a safe training environment by adhering to health and safety regulations.
* Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and other coaching staff to foster a positive community atmosphere.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in sports coaching, preferably in gymnastics or related disciplines.
* Strong educational skills with the ability to motivate and inspire young athletes.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to work well in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
* Knowledge of gymnastics techniques, rules, and safety practices is essential.
* Relevant coaching qualifications or certifications would be advantageous but not mandatory.

Pay: £10.00-£20.00 per hour
