I'm working with a well-known local government organisation based in South West London, looking for a Junior IT Engineer to join their team for an immediate start! This is a great opportunity for someone early in their tech career to learn and gain exposure to important projects.
The Junior IT Engineer will be involved in general IT support, 1st and 2nd line support, building laptops & phones, and supporting the Microsoft stack.
Skills required:
* Experience in a 1st/2nd line IT support role
* Excellent customer service skills, able to communicate effectively over the phone and face-to-face
* Knowledge of Windows and the Microsoft stack
