The Role
We're looking for an experienced Care Manager to help us run the day-to-day side of the business. This is a flexible role, just one day per week, but it's an important one. You'll be the person making sure everything runs smoothly, that clients receive the best possible care, and that our staff feel supported and valued.
You'll also be the friendly, professional face of Allcare365 — building relationships with clients and their families, guiding our team, and helping us grow while staying true to our values of compassion, community, and quality care.
What You'll Be Doing
* Making sure our care services run smoothly every day.
* Coordinating care for clients, always putting their needs at the centre.
* Looking for new opportunities (including tenders and bids) to help us grow.
* Supporting with recruitment and training of our amazing staff team.
* Keeping on top of Care Inspectorate standards and making sure we meet them.
* Building strong, trusting relationships with clients, families, and partners.

About You
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
* Previous experience in care management (domiciliary or residential).
* Good knowledge of Care Inspectorate standards.
* Great communication and leadership skills.
* Experience with tenders, bids, or helping businesses grow.
* Most importantly, a compassionate, client-focused approach and a genuine love for making a difference in people's lives.
