We are looking for a dynamic Warehouse Team Manager to join our team in the Warehouse Department at our Distribution Centre in Hatfield. Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing a team of warehouse operatives to ensure the efficient and effective operation. Also to achieve operational KPIs to tight deadlines and drive improvements by engaging the team in promoting a positive culture.
This role requires someone capable of working under pressure, with a good analytical approach to work to deliver business results and achieve performance and service levels. Successful candidates will need some team supervisory / people management experience and experience working within a team environment.
Flexibility is needed as the successful candidate may be required to work on any '5 days from 7' basis. Hours of work will mostly be 10pm to 6am, but flexibility of hours is required to meet operational needs, including possible weekend work.
Full training and development will be provided to the successful candidate.
