What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
* Define and implement the engineering roadmap, leading major capital projects and championing new technologies.
* Drive continuous improvement across all facets of the manufacturing process to enhance productivity and quality.
* Lead, mentor, and foster the professional growth of a highly skilled team of engineers and technicians; cultivate a culture of safety, technical mastery, and proactive problem-solving.
* Engage with state-of-the-art automation, robotics, control systems, and data‑driven maintenance methodologies.
* Contribute directly to business performance by improving efficiency, reducing costs, and supporting growth objectives.

Who You Are (Qualifications)
* Senior Leadership Experience: Typically 7+ years in a Head of Engineering, Engineering Manager, or equivalent senior technical leadership role in a high-volume, advanced manufacturing or processing environment.
* Operational Excellence Expert: Proven success deploying lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, or similar principles with measurable improvements.
* Broad Technical Authority: Mechanical, electrical, automation (PLC, SCADA, HMI), industrial robotics, and modern control systems.
* Proven Project Management: Ability to lead multi-disciplinary engineering projects from concept to commissioning on time and within budget.
* Exceptional People Leadership: Ability to motivate, develop, and manage diverse engineering teams and foster a high-performance culture.
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering required; Master’s degree or Chartered Engineer (CEng) status highly desirable.
