If so, I am seeking an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to join an industry leading Facilities & Maintenance company on a contract near Salisbury.
Location: Salisbury
Salary: Up to £50k
Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time
Duties:
* Lead and manage a team of electrical engineers
* Perform regular maintenance and repairs of electrical systems and equipment
* Schedule and supervise preventative maintenance tasks
* Ensure the highest standards of health and safety at all times
* Manage electrical materials and equipment to ensure the appropriate stock levels
* Coordinate with other departments to ensure the smooth delivery of the contract
Requirements:
* Trade qualifications
* Experience performing a similar role
* Strong leadership skills
* The ability to motivate and inspire your team
