What You'll Do
Working closely with the Chief Operating Officer, you will be a key player in supporting our financial and administrative functions. Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting purchasing, receipts, and invoicing.
* Overseeing bookkeeping functions, including cost coding, expenses, and preparing monthly accounts for approval.
* Assisting with the management of suppliers and subcontractors.
* Preparing financial and project reports for key stakeholders.
What You'll Bring
* Proven experience in a similar role.
* Strong IT skills, including proficiency with Excel, Powerpoint, and Word.
* Experience using financial systems like Xero, Sage, or similar platforms.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong data entry and telephone skills.
* A flexible and adaptable approach, with the willingness to apply yourself across the entire spectrum of our growing business.
* A UK driver's license.
* Recognised bookkeeping, procurement, and related qualifications are a bonus.

* Salary:
£35K pro rata (equating to approximately £25K on a 60% basis).
