We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Outreach Support Workers to join our team and make a significant difference to the lives of children and their families. The role is based in and around the northeast.
Your primary responsibility will involve building relationships, offering tailored emotional support, and empowering the young people to navigate their circumstances positively within the community.
As an Outreach Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing support and guidance to children with a number of different needs including Autism, ADHD, and Learning Difficulties.
Expected hours: Term time Minimum of 4-6 hours per child per week. Extra hours can be worked during school holidays (up to full time)
Qualifications and Skills: 12 Months previous experience in a similar role
A valid driver's license and business insurance is preferred but not mandatory.
