About You
* Experienced in recruitment, sales, or business development (agency experience preferred).
* A confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
* Results-driven and motivated by achieving targets.
* Able to work both independently and as part of a high-performing team.
* Experienced in generating your own leads, negotiating, winning, and closing new business deals.
