We’re seeking a motivated and experienced Retail Supervisor to lead and inspire our team on the shop floor. Role Overview: As a Retail Supervisor, you’ll support the management team in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth team performance. You’ll lead by example, motivate the team, and ensure that store standards are consistently high. Key Responsibilities: Support the day-to-day running of the store, including opening and closing procedures. Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service. Monitor and maintain high standards of store presentation, including displays and cleanliness. Assist with stock management, replenishment, and merchandising. Address customer queries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally. Train, coach, and support team members to improve performance and achieve store goals. Monitor sales and KPIs, and contribute ideas to improve performance. Ensure compliance with health and safety, company policies, and procedures.
