Working closely with the wider Marketing team and key stakeholders across the business, you will play an important role in bringing campaigns, events and local initiatives to life in a way that reflects the quality and ambition of both brands.The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and delivering brand and retailer marketing activity, supporting centre-level campaigns, ensuring strong brand representation, and helping to create engaging content and communications that connect with customers. This role would suit someone who is confident managing multiple priorities, enjoys working collaboratively, and has a strong eye for detail and brand presentation.##### Key ResponsibilitiesWorking closely with the wider Marketing team and operational stakeholders, you will:* Support the planning and delivery of marketing activity for the Audi and Geely brands* Coordinate retailer and centre-level campaigns, events, launches and promotional activity* Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standard* Help create marketing briefs, content requirements and campaign support materials for digital and offline channels* Ensure all activity is aligned with brand guidelines and delivered consistently across the business* Support the promotion of new and used vehicle campaigns, aftersales activity, local events and centre initiatives* Liaise with centre teams to identify marketing opportunities and provide campaign support where needed* Assist with the creation and coordination of point-of-sale materials, retailer communications and promotional assets* Monitor campaign activity and help report on performance, engagement and outcomes* Maintain accurate records of activity, deadlines and approvals across all relevant projects* Work with the wider Marketing team to ensure a consistent and professional customer experience across all touchpoints* Support ad hoc marketing activity and wider team projects as requiredRegular travel between our dealerships and to off-site events forms part of this role, therefore a full UK driving licence is essential. A fully expensed pool car will be available for business use.##### Essential Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:* Previous experience in a marketing role, ideally within a brand, retail or multi-site environment* Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively* Excellent communication skills and the confidence to work with a range of stakeholders across the business* A good understanding of campaign coordination and marketing delivery across different channels* Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of brand presentation* A proactive and flexible approach, with the ability to respond to changing business needs* Good written English and confidence producing accurate marketing-related communications* Strong administrative and project coordination skills* Competence in Microsoft Office and familiarity with day-to-day marketing systems and processes**Desirable Experience**It would be advantageous to have:* Experience working within the automotive sector* Familiarity with retailer marketing, local area marketing or manufacturer-led campaigns* Experience supporting events, launches or promotional activity* Confidence working with creative assets, campaign briefs and content coordination* Experience reporting on campaign performance and using insights to improve future activityThis is a fantastic opportunity to join Mon Motors and support two exciting brands in a varied and fast-paced marketing role.
