What the Job Involves The Fleet Service Advisor role involves working closely with the Fleet Engineering Manager and workshop supervisor to provide crucial front office support for high-quality fleet repairs for both Council and customer vehicle fleets and equipment. Key responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service, handling communication and vehicle repair solutions, maintaining detailed records in fleet/workshop databases, and managing parts reconciliation and invoicing. The role also requires ensuring accurate recording of vehicle and equipment assets, completing invoicing and scheduling of equipment, and facilitating timely service updates and appointment notifications for inspection, service, and MOT appointments. You will also liaise with external service providers to coordinate MOT and service bookings.
