Role: Seasonal Chefs
Location: Fife, Highlands and Islands
Salary / Rate of pay: 35,000 plus Live + Tips

Why choose our Client?
Our clients range from 3 to 5 star hotels and resorts, with full:on leisure facilities, huge banqueting or, in most, intimate fine dining. You could be working from a place that offers the latest in golf or a huge leisure complex or a small hotel.
Brigades range from 3:50 but youd be well equipped and be trained to the highest levels and so all aspects of experience will be considered. The season usually starts at the end of beginning of March and can run on until the end of October
Whats involved?
Dependant on your experience, you could be expected to work in any or all sections of a kitchen. Fine dining, pastry, and banqueting to name a few are areas that will need chefs to help run, learn or help train chefs. You could be responsible to senior chefs and have all the necessary training and development to make sure you are well looked after in a safe working environment. Roles from Commis chef to Head chef will be available this year.
