DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Acts as the contact point for customers, receiving and handling requests for solutions and services.
2. Understands customers and their needs, develops and enhances customer relationships before, during and after contracts.
3. Responsible for understanding customer requirements, collecting data, delivering analysis and proposing solutions.
