Preferred Qualifications & Training (Nice to Have):
While not essential, the following qualifications and training are highly valued by our partner schools:
* Team Teach or equivalent behaviour support training
* First Aid certification
* CPD engagement – evidence of ongoing professional development
* Familiarity with safeguarding procedures
* DSL training or experience (beneficial but not required)

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

* Minimum of 1 year’s teaching experience
