Introduction
Devon Procurement Service (DPS) is recruiting six Senior Sourcing Managers (B7) to join a newly established procurement service. DPS brings together expertise and buying power across Devon to deliver better value, stronger contracts, and improved outcomes for patients. We contract on behalf of:

Key Responsibilities
* Lead complex sourcing activity, working closely with senior clinical and operational stakeholders and shaping strategic contracts that deliver system‑wide value.
* Develop and execute excellent sourcing plans in partnership with the Category Manager.
* Manage team performance to meet or exceed Service Level Agreement KPIs and internal DPS performance metrics.
* Oversee supplier relationship management activities.
* Identify and investigate opportunities for future value creation, helping the department achieve target financial savings.
* Ensure all procurement aligns with the Category Management procurement strategy and complies with DPS governance and public procurement legislation.
Working Conditions
Hybrid and flexible working arrangements are available. Office bases are in Exeter, Barnstaple, Torbay, and Plymouth. Occasional travel across Devon will be required.
