We are seeking a dedicated Domestics Services Manager to oversee and ensure the smooth operation of cleaning services within Healthcare. This is a full-time position, contracted for 40 hours per week.

The Ideal Candidate
We’re Looking For Someone With:
* Proven experience in Soft FM management, ideally within a healthcare setting or similar environment.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and engage teams.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Interpersonal skills for liaising effectively with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders at all levels.
* A results-driven, quality, and process-oriented mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes.
* Solid understanding of and adherence to company policies and client agreements.
* Confident IT proficiency in MS Office and email systems.

* Manage the efficient and effective delivery of cleaning services, maintaining high quality standards.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships to meet and exceed expectations.
* Plan and allocate resources strategically to ensure excellent service delivery.
* Recruit, develop, train, and manage team members to sustain a skilled and motivated workforce.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and contractual obligations.
* Manage operations with a commercial focus to meet financial targets, including income and cost objectives.
