The Role As a Supervising Social Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting foster carers so they can provide safe, nurturing, and high-quality care to children. Youll manage a manageable caseload (typically up to 13 families) across Bristol and surrounding areas, working closely with carers, colleagues, and partner agencies.
