Salary: £95-105
Are you a caring, reliable and adaptable Teaching Assistant looking for flexible work in local primary schools?
At TimePlan Education, we're working closely with a number of welcoming primary schools across Northampton and the surrounding areas who need confident and enthusiastic Supply TAs to support them on a day-to-day and longer-term basis.
Whether you're an experienced TA, an LSA with SEND experience, or a recent graduate looking to gain classroom experience - we'd love to hear from you.
What the role involves:
Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
Providing 1:1 or small group intervention support
Assisting the class teacher with classroom activities
Supporting children with SEND, where required
Helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment
We're looking for someone who:
Has previous experience working with children (school-based experience preferred)
Is adaptable and confident walking into new classroom environments
Builds rapport easily with pupils and staff
Has a positive, proactive attitude
Holds (or is willing to obtain) an enhanced DBS on the update service
