We are currently seeking a proactive and organised Office Administrator to join our client's busy office based in Witney. This is a fantastic part-time opportunity for someone with administrative skills looking to be part of a supportive and fast-paced team. Key Responsibilities:. Receive and process customer orders via email. Answer incoming telephone calls and direct enquiries accordingly. Provide general administrative support to the logistics team, including data entry and scheduling. Assist with the processing of drivers' pay. Perform various other administrative tasks as required What We're Looking For:. Previous experience in an administrative role. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel). Strong and accurate keyboard skills. Ability to prioritise workload and work effectively under pressure, particularly during peak periods. Excellent communication and organisational skills This role offers a part-time schedule of 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
