We're on the lookout for a driven and dynamic Account Manager to join our growing commercial team and help us reach the next level.
The Role:
As an Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of key B2B clients. You’ll work strategically to identify opportunities, grow accounts, and deliver outstanding customer experiences that align with our commitment to service, quality, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own and manage a pipeline of key clients, acting as their trusted advisor.
* Hit and exceed individual monthly sales targets and contribute toward team targets.
* Drive new business development through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
* Deliver bespoke product and service solutions that match each client’s brand and operational needs.
* Collaborate with internal departments (design, production, logistics) to deliver smooth project execution.
* Maintain accurate records through our CRM and prepare regular sales forecasts and reports.
* Attend client meetings, industry shows, and trade events when required.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in B2B account management or sales.
* A self-starter with a commercial mindset and results-driven approach.
* Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a focus on building long-term partnerships.
* Confident in handling complex accounts and identifying growth opportunities.
* CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency essential.
* Driven, enthusiastic individual with a proactive mindset, keen to learn and has positive energy!
