Your new role
As Contracts Manager, you will take full responsibility for the delivery of multiple projects from contract award through to completion. This is a hands-on position requiring close coordination between clients, site teams and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to the required quality standards.
Key responsibilities will include:
Managing multiple projects simultaneously across various sites
Acting as the primary point of contact for principal contractors and clients
Coordinating labour, materials and subcontractors
Ensuring all works comply with health and safety regulations and site requirements
Monitoring project progress, programme and associated costs
