About the Role:
One of my local government clients is seeking a dedicated Customer Hub Officer to join the Supported Accommodation Team. This role plays a key part in ensuring vulnerable residents are provided with timely support, safe accommodation, and referrals to the services they need.
Key Responsibilities:

Review supported accommodation providers to ensure standards are maintained.
*
Monitor and respond to queries from a shared inbox.
*
Signpost residents to relevant services, such as mental health or addiction support.
*
Schedule appointments for key workers, maintenance, and other external services.
*
Maintain accurate records using the Housing Management System.
What We’re Looking For:
*
Strong understanding of Supported Accommodation and/or Housing Benefit.
*
Previous experience in a housing or support service environment.
*
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
*
Highly organised with a strong attention to detail.
*
Confident using MS365, particularly Outlook and Teams.
