Salary: up to £35,000 DOE
Contract Type: 12 month FTC: To cover Maternity Leave
Location: Liverpool - Fully office based

Main Responsibilities to include:
Executive Assistant duties:
Manage complex diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate frequent travel arrangements
Act as the first point of contact for the Directors
Attend Board Meetings, take minutes, prepare and distribute all relevant documents, action plans and reports for internal and external use
Organise team events,
Handle confidential information with discretion
Office Management duties:
Ensure smooth daily operations of the office
Point of contact/ support for all on site and remote workers
Manage office suppliers, IT support coordination, and health & safety compliance
Support HR/ Finance and other functional areas with administrative duties
Monitor office budgets and expenses
Be the go-to person for all things 'office culture' and employee experience
About You:
Proven experience in an EA and/or Office Manager role, ideally in an SME or start-up environment
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
Proactive, resourceful, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and a 'can-do' attitude
Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace, and general tech-savviness is a plus
And lastly, you will need a warm and friendly personality to be the 'heart' of the office
